Welcome to the Wachesaw Plantation Property Owners Association Website !

The Wachesaw Plantation POA is governed by an elected Board of Directors
which oversee and maintain the Plantation and its Security, Amenities,
Community Standards and Services provided to the Owners.
Our Organization promotes...the Wachesaw Plantation Lifestyle !

Wachesaw was originally the site of two 19th Century Rice Plantations
and is located along the historic Waccamaw River in Murrells Inlet, SC.
Today...it is a Private Residential Golf Community.

The Plantation is designated as a South Carolina Wildlife Refuge
and is an Archaeological research project of the University of South Carolina.
We have many historically significant Live Oaks trees which are
showcased throughout the Community.

The private Wachesaw Plantation Club offers a variety of activities such as Golf, Tennis, a Swimming Pool, Restaurants and Social activities.
The Plantation is conveniently located in Murrells Inlet close to the Marshwalk & Restaurants and many cultural activities such as
Brookgreen Gardens and Atalaya "Castle".
 We are only Minutes to Huntington Beach State Park with miles of Beach.
